Catholic Charities of Fairfield Country

The Danbury Housing Partnership’s Supportive Services Award is presented to

Michele Conderino of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County for the skill, dedication

and compassion that she has exhibited in directing efforts to provide case management

services for people who are homeless in her role as Director of Homeless Services.

In addition to her case management efforts, Michele has also contributed to meeting the

Objectives of Danbury’s Ten-Year Plan To End Homelessness by playing a leading role

in establishing and operating the Morning Glory breakfast program to help our residents

start their day with a meal and with hope.  Michele has also been a valued contributor to

The Greater Danbury Continuum of Care and was a key member of the planning

workgroup that made Danbury’s first ever Project Homeless Connect such a rousing success.

Michele also served as chair of the Continuum’s Point-In-Time Count workgroup.
