Supportive Housing Program (SHP)

Provides funding for the development of transitional and permanent supportive housing and services that help homeless persons transition from homelessness to living as independently as possible.  Some services are also funded to assist in achieving the goal of self-sufficiency.

Funds can be used for:

• Acquisition
• Rehabilitation
• New construction
• Permanent supportive housing
• Transitional housing
• Leasing
• Supportive services
• Operations
• Administration
