Shelter Plus Care Program (S+C)

Provides rental assistance for hard to serve homeless persons with disabilities in connection with supportive services funded from sources outside the program:

  • Tenant based Rental Assistance (TRA)
  • Sponsor based Rental Assistance (SRA)
  • Project based Rental Assistance (PRA)

Eligible Participants

  • Must be homeless
  • Must be disabled
      *Mental Health
      *Substance Abuse
      *Co-occurring MH/SA
      *HIV/AIDS
