The Danbury Housing Partnership’s Business Partnership Award is presented to:
Paul J. Valeri, President of The Non Profit Development Corporation of Danbury
During the corporation's 25 year history in Danbury it has established, governed and expanded affordable housing homeownership opportunities for the people of the Danbury area. As president of the corporation, Paul has provided leadership and direction to the corporation resulting in the development of over 50 units of dead restricted housing in Danbury.
In presenting this award to Paul, we take note of the “Housing for Heroes” veterans initiative that the corporation is undertaking on New Street. The establishment of Vet House is a project that has directly advanced the objectives of Danbury’s Ten-Year Plan To End Homelessness by addressing the needs of homeless veterans.
We are proud to honor Paul and The Non Profit Development Corporation of Danbury for their role in making the dream of homeownership more accessible to individuals and families in the Danbury community.
