About The Corporation

Non-Profit Rental Housing Corporation is a not for profit 501(c)(3) corporation formed in 1995.  The Corporation is governed by a five-member board of directors consisting of volunteers with varied and extensive experience in finance, law, government, private enterprise, housing development, community development and non-profit community organizations.  The corporation has developed and currently manages two major housing developments consisting of one-hundred thirty rental units.  The Corporation also supports community efforts to create affordable housing, to implement the region’s Ten-Year Plan To End Homelessness and to encourage economic development strategies to create strong local communities.
